Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. MAVELQIA™ may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical errors, legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If payment has already been collected for an order that is canceled, a refund will be arranged to the original payment method.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a ceramic piece, gift set, or included component arrives chipped, cracked, broken, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, please contact MAVELQIA™ with your order information and clear photos or videos where appropriate.
After reviewing the issue, we will provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution based on the circumstances.

Errors & availability
